European reality was established back in 2003 with the intention of providing a wide range of services required by people who are looking to invest in property abroad or simply just rent an apartment in the Czech Republic.

Since then European Reality Services has grown rapidly, and with this growth we have welcomed new team members to expand existing departments as well as creating exciting new ones. An example of some of our main job roles are:

Rental Broker
Are you looking for a job which doesn’t require you to be sat behind a desk all day? Do you have excellent time management and coordination skills? If so, this may be the role for you. Our rental brokers work across more than 50 different sites in Prague and its outer regions, taking on the responsibility of sourcing potential tenants and securing properties for them.

Client Coordinator
This role gives the employee full responsibility over their own client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for the property owners from all around the globe. The core duties focus upon management of properties, ensuring that all the administrative and financial aspects in relation to a property are kept in order.

Tenant Coordinator
This role gives the employee full responsibility over their own client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for the tenants living our managed properties within Prague. The core duties focus upon management of tenancies, providing administrative support for tenant issues, as well as monitoring rental payments and providing a professional service to all our tenants.
